You choose the shipping method you want at checkout.
If the package needs to be collected, the customer must do so within the time specified in the notification, usually 7 days from when the package arrived. The package should normally be picked up personally with valid identification. If you order to a parcel box, you may need to download the carrier's app. If you want to extend the collection time to 14 days, you should contact us or the carrier as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee that it is possible. The customer always receives a notification indicating where and when the package should be collected. Notification can be made via email, regular mail, and if the customer has provided a mobile number, also by phone call or SMS. Note that the post office charges a fee to change the recipient and/or address, so always try to provide the correct address at the time of ordering. If this is not done, this fee must be paid directly to us for us to make the change.
Under normal load, we ship orders within 1-3 days.
Goods in stock are usually delivered within the number of working days. Orders after midday will be processed the day after.
The expected delivery time of the goods is stated in the order confirmation, at checkout, and/or on the relevant product page on the website. During campaigns or weekly deals, it may take a little longer. Unless otherwise agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days, and this is not due to you as the customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
If you do not pick up the package, Black Bull has the right to charge a fee of 300 SEK for work and shipping fees. Note that you must collect your package to exercise your right of withdrawal. If the goods are damaged upon delivery, you should ask the post office to note this and make a complaint on the spot. If you first notice that the goods are damaged when you get home, you should contact us immediately at support@blackbullfarms.com and take a picture with your mobile of the damage and attach it to the email to us.
When purchasing goods on the website, there is always a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the customer has the right to cancel their purchase by notifying Black Bull within 14 days from the day the customer or the customer's representative received the ordered goods (withdrawal period). The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods: Goods with broken seals & goods that can quickly deteriorate or become too old (for example, processed foods and other groceries). If goods not covered by the right of withdrawal are returned to Black Bull and the customer wants the product sent back, the customer is charged 99 SEK for this. If the customer does not contact for new dispatch within 30 days, the right to the product is forfeited, and it is discarded. Returns must not be sent cash on delivery or after demand. If the goods have not arrived at Black Bull within 14 days after notification of withdrawal, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchase.
Errors upon delivery must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. Since we sell food products, the customer must ensure that the product is okay at the time of delivery. Food is quickly affected by external factors such as light, cold, heat, etc. Foods may also vary in color, taste, consistency, and appearance depending on batch, harvest, and variety. Black Bull products undergo specific handling, and many products are sorted by hand, so it is entirely natural for there to be shells, seeds, or residues from plants in the end product. Even small stone residues and gravel may occur. This does not affect the quality or nutritional content of the products. Taste and consistency may also be experienced differently than in conventional products and are also dependent on batch, season, and variety. Therefore, we cannot handle complaints because the customer does not like the taste; it must be an obvious defect in the product. We reserve the right to examine the quality of the product with our supplier to determine if there is a defect or not. The colors/appearance of our kitchen appliances and equipment, as well as products (food), may differ in the picture and reality. This may be due to different lighting conditions during photography, which is why we reserve the right to the color probably not matching exactly as in reality. All returns should be sent to the address: Black Bull Export AB, Lövsättravägen 44 D, 186 91, Vallentuna. ALWAYS include a note in the box with the name and order number and what the matter concerns; otherwise, we have no opportunity to process the case. Also, send an email so that we can track your shipment from the moment it is sent. You should always email us and complain about the product within 14 days of receiving it. After that, you must return the product at your own expense as a letter or package. We cannot pick up packages or letters at service points; you must send them directly to our address above without recommending the letter or package. Ask, for example, the Post Office which service you should choose for the shipment not to end up at any agent. Please note that we have a processing time of up to 30 days for complaints.
If a product has been discontinued, the refund will be made automatically to you. Refunds will be made within 30 days.
Black Bull is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due to a force majeure circumstance below and the circumstance prevents, complicates, or delays fulfillment. Exempting circumstances include, among other things, actions or omissions by authorities, new or amended legislation, labor disputes, blockades, fires, floods, sabotage, or major accidents. Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as decisions on warning texts, sales bans, etc., or an abnormal downturn in the market.
Disputes in these purchase terms that cannot be resolved between the parties or the General Complaints Board (ARN), or equivalent body in each country, shall be settled in Swedish court, Attunda District Court, as the company Black Bull Export AB is based in Sweden.
